We had some great news today! Our home study is FINALLY finalized, and we can move forward in the next step of our adoption process, which is the immigration application. This step allows us to bring our little girl into the United States from China as a US citizen. We were also officially accepted into the China Waiting Child program today, which means that we have been approved to adopt a child with special needs, which for us will be a little girl with a cleft lip and palate. We don’t know what she looks like, but we do know that she is fearfully and wonderfully made!
Our agency let us know that they have a lot of files that will be coming in soon for children in their partner orphanages, so we are working as hard to get our paperwork finished up. Little Lunde Girl, we are coming for you as fast as we can! We have a few new fundraisers we’re working on. First, we’re having a yard sale next weekend to raise funds for our adoption. If you’re interested in donating anything that you would like to get rid of, let me know. If you’re interested in attending, email me, and I’ll send you our address! We’ve also started making headbands to raise funds. If you’re interested, click on the store link at the top of the site. If you notice, we did switch blog sites recently to have more creative control (and to integrate our store), so make sure to update your bookmark! Thank you for your continued support and prayers! "Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world". James 1:27

I'm catching up your wonderful journey so I'm a little confused. Selah looks healthy? Does she have a minor health problem?
